All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or public holidays, processing time may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

We currently offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to trace your parcel online.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier after dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

As orders are shipped internationally from Hong Kong, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other local charges when it arrives in your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. DressyDaisy is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Dressy Daisy is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return shipments, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will help check the delivery status with the shipping carrier where possible.

Split Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to stock availability or warehouse arrangements. If this happens, tracking information will be provided for each shipment where applicable.
